A purchased Titan product is additionally governed by its AWS Marketplace offer, accepted legal terms, order details, and any signed agreement; the terms specific to that product control if they conflict with this page. Website and evaluation materials Website content is provided for general information and may describe products that are pending review, limited, available only as a preview, or unavailable in a particular region. Benchmark, demonstration, and synthetic evidence must not be treated as a promise of production performance. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use materials to violate law or the rights of third parties. Product authority and customer responsibility Titan outputs are decision support unless an applicable agreement expressly says otherwise. Customers remain responsible for operator approvals, policies, credentials, connected systems, regulatory obligations, and decisions made using the products. No product grants trading, payment, deployment, or other consequential authority merely because a model generated an answer.
