This is a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end and is being seen industry-wide, with multiple email providers reporting the same behaviour this morning. It is not an indication of a problem with your account, your sending, or our platform. We've raised this directly with Microsoft and are awaiting their response. Mail to other providers is unaffected. We'll share an update as soon as we hear back. Thanks for your patience. 2026-09-04T13:22:00.0000000Z We are continuing to monitor delivery of emails to Microsoft domains. Whilst we have seen some improvement and many emails are getting through, there is unfortunately continues to be a proportion of emails not being delivered successfully. We'll share an update as soon as we have more information. 2026-09-07T09:24:00.0000000Z Delivery to Microsoft domains (Outlook, Hotmail, Live) has improved since last Friday. Some sending IPs are still seeing delays, so you may notice slower delivery to Microsoft addresses on some campaigns while this resolves or elevated soft bounces. This remains a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end and is not related to your account, your sending, or our platform. We've been in contact with Microsoft and are continuing to monitor closely as delivery recovers. Thanks for your continued patience. 2026-09-11T07:23:00.0000000Z Delivery to Microsoft domains has improved significantly, though we're still seeing fluctuations in successful delivery rates. We're continuing to monitor closely and make adjustments to mitigate the impact where we can. This remains a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end and is not related to your account, your sending, or our platform. We've been in contact with Microsoft and are continuing to monitor closely as delivery recovers. In the meantime, we recommend holding off on resending campaigns to Microsoft-domain subscribers that have bounced until the issue is fully resolved. 2026-09-16T13:02:00.0000000Z We are still seeing fluctuations in successful delivery rates to Microsoft domains. We're continuing to monitor closely and make adjustments to mitigate the impact where we can. This remains a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end and is not related to your account, your sending, or our platform. If possible, we recommend holding off on resending campaigns to Microsoft-domain subscribers that have bounced until the issue is fully resolved. 2026-09-18T08:43:00.0000000Z We know this issue has now been ongoing for an extended period, and we appreciate your patience while it continues to affect email delivery to Microsoft domains. To be clear, this remains a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end — it is not related to your account, your sending, or our platform. Our deliverability team continue to be in contact with Microsoft as they work through this on their side. In terms of current state: bounce volumes related to this issue have continued to decline over the past week, and are currently at their lowest point since the issue began. That said, rates are still fluctuating, and some customers may continue to experience bounces to Microsoft domains intermittently. We are not yet in a position to mark this issue as resolved, and we're continuing to monitor closely as delivery recovers further. Copyright (C) 2024.
