DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), including its appendices, forms part of the applicable service agreement or other written or electronic agreement, including any service order, between ViSenze and the Customer (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which ViSenze provides the “Services” as defined in the Agreement. For the purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated by reference into this DPA, the Customer is a “data exporter” and its signing (electronically or otherwise) of an Agreement with ViSenze will be treated as signing of the Standard Contractual Clauses and their appendices. This DPA will take effect on the DPA Effective Date and, notwithstanding expiry of the Term, will remain in effect until, and automatically expire upon, deletion of all the Customer’s Personal Data as described in this DPA.
