Trust and security Protect your data with Intapp Compliance and data protection at Intapp Regulatory compliance shapes how Intapp operates. Companywide policies, procedures, and certifications protect client data under privacy and other relevant regulations. Our program pairs policies and contractual commitments with independent certifications, subprocessor transparency, and AI transparency — giving clients and prospects visibility into how Intapp protects client data and uses AI responsibly. Certifications Data Privacy Framework Data Privacy Framework certification, overseen by the U.S. Department of Commerce, provides a recognized mechanism for transferring personal data from the EU, U.K., and Switzerland to the United States. Global PRP Global Privacy Recognition for Processors certification, administered by the Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules Forum, demonstrates a processor’s capacity to handle personal information consistent with the requirements clients hold as data controllers under the Global CBPR System. ISO 27701 (PIMS) Information on Intapp’s ISO/IEC 27701 (PIMS) certification is available on our Cloud compliance page. Transparency AI transparency Intapp’s AI transparency statement gives clients and prospects an overview of how AI is used across Intapp products, supporting compliance with the EU AI Act. DORA Clients subject to the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) can find information on Intapp’s Critical Subcontractors — the subcontractors that effectively underpin the relevant Intapp product or service — below. Subprocessor management Every subprocessor that supports Intapp’s products and services is assessed against our security and privacy standards before engagement and bound by contractual terms supporting the commitments Intapp makes to clients.
