Customer data is logically partitioned in operating environments, and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Availability / Reliability Our products are built on best-in-class core technologies and designed for high performance and availability, with a service uptime goal of 99.9%. Our personal data management practices are designed to comply with the requirements of the globally most demanding privacy regulation, including GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA and others. Repsly is a TADPF listed company. Compliance Our security and privacy practices have been certified compliant with globally recognized ISO 27001:2022 standards. Security Architecture Repsly’s infrastructure is built to protect your data according to high security standards. Data Hosting Repsly hosts data in an Amazon Web Services data center in the US East region and ensures continual product availability by using native backup tools. An industry-leading infrastructure provider, AWS is certified as compliant with ISO 27001 and has received a SOC 2 (Type III) report. Data Encryption Repsly encrypts all customer data in transit and at rest. Our encryption algorithms and methods are constantly monitored for potential vulnerabilities and updated to meet the latest industry encryption standards and related security guidelines. Cloud Platform All components that process your data operate in Repsly’s private network inside our secure cloud platform, and each Repsly user’s data is isolated from other users’ data. Repsly’s servers and network ports are behind load balancers and a web application firewall. Security FAQ What is Repsly’s data processing agreement? Repsly does not give any third-party direct or unfettered access to customer data except as you direct or when required by law. Based on the questionnaires we have fulfilled for our enterprise customers, Repsly has prepared a comprehensive document describing our security and privacy practices.
