Data Processing Agreement and Data Sharing Agreement
This Data Processing and Data Sharing Agreement ("DPA") forms an integral part of, and is entered into in connection with, the Framework Cooperation Agreement concluded between Synerise and the Partner (the "Agreement"). Together with the Agreement, it constitutes a legally binding arrangement between the Parties governing the processing and sharing of personal data in connection with the performance of the Agreement.
The DPA sets out the respective rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the processing of personal data, including, where applicable, compliance with the GDPR, security measures, the engagement of sub-processors, and international data transfers.
To ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and the evolution of Synerise's services, Synerise may update this DPA from time to time. Each version of the DPA will be assigned a version number and published on this page together with its effective date. Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement or required by applicable law, the version published on this page shall constitute the current version of the DPA applicable between the Parties from its effective date.
