A360 Control Rooms experienced performance degradation and intermittent availability during this period and some Control Rooms may have been completely unavailable. As a result, individual customer impact may vary. A360 services have since recovered and are currently stable. While Google continues to investigate and the incident remains active on their end, we are closely monitoring our environment for any additional impact. We will share further updates as needed.
