These Sub-Processors may process Personal Data provided by our Customers or to which we may have access in support of our contractual obligations. This document describes the infrastructure environment, and the Sub-processors we use in connection with the provision of our Services. Please note that not all Sub-Processors are involved in every Service we offer; some may only be involved in assisting with the provision of specific Services. Capitalized terms used in this document but not defined herein, have the meaning set forth in CHEQ’s Data Processing Agreement and Terms of Service. Article Contents Toggle Assessment of Sub-Processors Before sharing data with any Sub-Processor, CHEQ performs an assessment to the Sub-Processor to ensure that it provides appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy and security of Personal Data in compliance with GDPR requirements. The processing of Personal Data by our Sub-Processors is in accordance with the terms outlined in our contractual agreements with each respective Sub-Processor, details of which can be found in Our Approach to Privacy and Data Protection and in our Data Processing Agreement. Sub-Processors List Updates Due to the nature of our global business and our ongoing efforts to optimize our Services, our service providers may change from time to time. Given our global business, number of customers, and the complexity and nature of our services, we are unable to issue separate individual notices to each customer.
