We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our platform infrastructure on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Maintenance window
Europe: 10:00 to 13:00 CEST
US Pacific: 01:00 to 04:00 PDT
What to expect
Hypatos will be fully unavailable for the entire maintenance window. During this time you will not be able to log in, use the application, or access our API.
Why we are doing this
We are upgrading core components of our platform, including our container infrastructure and our data streaming services. These upgrades keep our platform secure, fully supported, and reliable for the future.
What you need to do
No action is required on your side. We recommend planning any critical work outside of this window.
We will post updates here when the maintenance begins and once it has been completed.
