Our Security Features Single Sign-on We fully support the SAML 2.0 specification, allowing your organization to integrate its corporate user directory. Secure Connections All connections between the SaaS solution and your on-premises systems are initiated by your on-premises agents within your infrastructure. This provides a secure connection without you havingthe need to leave your backdoor open. Privacy and Safety A full audit log of all activities carried outtaken by both your employees and Redwood staff is available in real-time. We provide the option for you to revoke access to all of our support staff, or on a regional basis. Encryption We keep your information private and secure using the highest levels of encryption. All communication and systems are encrypted at all times. Physical Security We host our SaaS solutions securely on AWS, which provides the highest standards of robust, state-of-the-art data center security. Our Data and Availability Features High Uptimes We guarantee you a 99.95% uptime of our SaaS environment. Data Recovery We have incorporated high data recovery standards by design. This results in an RPO of near-zero and an RTO of less than 10 minutes. Select Your Hosting Region You can select the AWS-region in which your SaaS solution is hosted. For European customers this is automatically region EU-WEST-1 but you may also select, for example, EU-CENTRAL-1. GDPR Compliance Redwood adheres to the GDPR principles and allows you to select strict GDPR-only rules. This means you can select only support staff from within the EU to handle your support requests. 24×7 Support Our support staff monitor the health of the Redwood systems 24×7 so that you can focus on automating your business. Data Security Redwood does not have access to your systems or data without your explicit case-by-case approval.
