SCOPE
This list identifies the sub-processors authorized by Ducksify SA (“Ducksify”) to access both (i)
customer data and personal data contained within it in Ducksify Services (referred to as “Customer
Data” in the table below), as well as (ii) personal data other than that contained in Customer Data.
Any such sub-processors will be permitted to process customer data or personal data only to deliver
the services Ducksify has retained them to provide, and they are prohibited from using such data for
any other purpose. These sub-processors (including their subsidiaries) may provide services to one
or more of the online services. The list below may not apply to previews or other services not yet in
general release.

deploy one of the services below, the sub-processor(s) identified for that service may process, store,
or otherwise access customer data or personal data in the course of helping to provide that service.

The following Ducksify controlled subsidiaries and affiliates support, operate, deliver, and maintain
the online services and in the course of doing so may process, store, or otherwise access customer
data or personal data. Depending on the geographic location of the customer Ducksify may rely on
the following affiliated companies.

How to Subscribe to Receive Notification of
Change in Sub-processors
Right to Object to New Sub-processor
If you are a current Ducksify customer with a data processing agreement in place with Ducksify, you
may subscribe to receive notifications of new Sub-processor(s) for each applicable Ducksify Service
before Ducksify authorizes any new Sub-processor(s) to process personal data in connection with
the provision of the applicable Service.
You can subscribe to receive email notifications for changes to Ducksify Sub-processors by emailing
the following information to dpo@ducksify.com:
Customer Name
Customer Address
Executed copy of the Customer-Ducksify data processing addendum.
Update Subscription information
To change or resiliate your email notification information, please re-submit a request to
dpo@ducksify.com with the subject title “Change in Contact Information”.
Objections
A customer with a data processing agreement in place with Ducksify may object to Ducksify’s use of
a new Sub-processor by notifying Ducksify promptly in writing within ten (10) business days after
receipt of Ducksify’s notice in accordance with the mechanism set out above.
If you object to a new Sub-processor, and the objection is not deemed unreasonable, Ducksify will
use reasonable efforts to make available to you a change in the applicable Service or recommend a
commercially reasonable change to your configuration or use of the applicable Service to avoid
processing of personal data by the objected-to new Sub-processor without unreasonably burdening
you.
If Ducksify is unable to make available such change within a reasonable time, which shall not exceed
thirty (30) business days, you may terminate the applicable Order Form(s) with respect only to those
Service(s) which cannot be provided by Ducksify without the use of the objected-to new Sub-
processor by providing written notice to Ducksify at:
