Legal Subprocessor List Updated 2 September 2026 Summary: Hardalion runs on major cloud infrastructure. This list names the providers that process personal data to operate Nexus and our websites, as of the date below. Enterprise customers with a signed DPA may receive change notifications as described in that agreement. 1. How we use subprocessors Hardalion engages third parties to host, deliver, bill, monitor, and support the Service. These providers process personal data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to their role. We name the operators of the infrastructure, not intermediary platforms. 2. Current subprocessors Provider Purpose Location Amazon Web Services, Inc.
