During this time, the E-INVOICE IT service may be affected: invoice transmission and related functions may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. The maintenance window is scheduled for Sunday, 04.10.2026, 08:00 CEST (06:00 UTC) to 18:00 CEST (16:00 UTC). No downtime is expected. However, short connection interruptions may occur during the given time frame. Please note: If the SIGN DE v2 API malfunctions or is unreachable, tills must remain operational. Make sure that your integration does not block the checkout process. Setting correct timeouts (2-3 sec) is important. The disruption was caused by downtime on the Agenzia delle Entrate's (AdE) "Fatture e Corrispettivi" portal. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
