UnifyApps is now certified to ISO 22301:2019 for Business Continuity!
Published September 5, 2026
Our customers run critical operations on UnifyApps, and they need confidence that the platform stays available when something goes wrong. We're pleased to share that our Business Continuity Management System has been independently certified against ISO 22301:2019.
Getting there meant formalizing what we already practice:
Mapping the business impact of an outage across our critical services
Setting recovery time and recovery point objectives for each of them
Documenting our continuity and disaster recovery procedures
Proving through live testing that we can restore the platform and validate data integrity after a full regional failure
Scope of certification
Application development, database management and support services, spanning our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure across the India, US and United Arab Emirates regions, together with our India development centre.
This joins our existing ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR certifications. The ISO 22301:2019 certificate is available on request through this Trust Center.

The certification scope includes the UnifyApps AI agents platform, application development, database management, and support services.
This complements our existing ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR certifications.
The ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certificate is available on request through this Trust Center.
