Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Arphie has custom enterprise agreements in place with leading AI model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, ensuring an additional layer of protection and peace of mind for our customers. Reliable & Secure Infrastructure We host customer data on cloud infrastructure providers that are also SOC 2 compliant. Our web servers and databases are strategically load-balanced across multiple availability zones for enhanced reliability. Data Encryption Arphie encrypts all customer data, using TLS v1.2 for data in transit and AES256 for data at rest, adhering to the highest industry standards. Single Sign-on Support For Enterprise customers, Arphie provides single sign-on (SSO) capabilities using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 and Google authentication. Our platform seamlessly integrates with systems such as Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure, and ADFS. Penetration Testing Arphie undergoes annual third-party penetration testing to ensure the platform is well-protected against attackers. This testing mimics real-world cyberattacks to ensure the integrity and security of our systems and your data. Data Segregation Customer data is securely isolated using stringent coding standards, thorough code reviews, and meticulous database design.
