Terms and Conditions Last updated: Apr 1, 2025 1. Acceptance of Terms By using branco.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you are using branco.ai on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. 2. About branco.ai branco.ai is a B2B software platform that helps companies to align on goals, give feedback, and support professional development. The Service is designed for internal use by organizations, not for consumer or personal use. 3. Account Registration & Access To use branco.ai, you must sign in using a supported authentication method (such as Google Sign-In). We use Google Authentication and Firebase Authentication to manage secure access. We do not store your password or authentication credentials on our servers. Authentication is handled securely by our providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login session. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes avoiding: Sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content Interfering with other users or the platform Trying to reverse engineer or copy our software We reserve the right to suspend access if these rules are broken. 5. Ownership & Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our designs, code, and branding, remain ours or our licensors’. You retain ownership of your own team’s data. 6. Integrations & Data branco.ai integrates with platforms like Slack. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions and terms of any third-party integrations. We do not access your Gmail or personal email accounts. We do not use your data to train AI shared models or share it with third parties. 7. Fees & Payments If you are on a paid plan, fees and billing terms will be provided during sign-up. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. 8. Service Availability We aim for high availability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may make updates or changes without notice. 9. Termination You can stop using branco.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or failure to comply with these Terms. 10. Limitation of Liability To the extent allowed by law, branco.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. 11.
