"body": "On the mornings of September 18 and 19, 2026, some members at partner institutions had slow response times or could not complete applications in the SavvyMoney Lending \u0026 Deposit application flow. The first interruption lasted about 39 minutes, from 7:20 to 7:59 a.m. CT. The second began at about the same time the next morning, and we resolved it within 30 minutes.\n\nBoth interruptions came from an internal scheduled process that competed with live application traffic. We stopped that process on September 19. Service returned to normal right away and has been stable since. We have also strengthened our monitoring so we can detect and respond to this kind of issue quickly.\n\nThe impact was limited to the Lending \u0026 Deposit application flow. Credit score delivery, alerts, and dashboard offers were not affected. No member data was exposed, and there was no security impact.\n\nWe are making a permanent improvement to prevent this from happening again. We will announce any related maintenance here in advance.\n\nWe apologize for the disruption to your institutions and members, and we appreciate your patience.",
