Security Cyber security at Cyberday We also make full use of our own tools. Read more about our company's securityobjectives and ways to manage and improve our own cyber security. Adherence to Industry Standards We are ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified Cyberday Inc. (formerly Agendium Ltd) is the company behind Cyberday. We focus all our attention to Cyberday development, maintenance and customer service. We have been ISO 27001:2022 -certified since 2021 and ISO 9001:2015 -certified since 2024. We utilized Cyberday to manage our own compliance in an identical way as we recommend to our customers. We're happy to share experience with you about the certification process and everything related. We didn't create a single separate Word, Excel or any other file - the whole management system was run in Cyberday. Comprehensive information security management system Our own cyber security is guided by an ISMS implemented with Cyberday, in which we use e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NIS2 and GDPR frameworks. Our team also works daily with many other security frameworks (e.g. C2M2, ISO 27701), which we refer as needed for additional best practices. We continuously test our systems using automated security scanning and regular penetration testing, both internally and with external experts. Latest penetration testing statement -> Data location, encryption, and partners All data managed through Cyberday is stored in EU data centers and processed by trusted, industry-leading partners with strong security certifications. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using industry-standard encryption methods that are regularly monitored. View list of subprocessors -> Secure access and authentication in Microsoft Teams Cyberday works directly inside Microsoft Teams, bringing cyber security tasks into a secure and familiar environment without adding new tools or credentials. Users are authenticated securely via Teams SSO using their AD credentials. When accessing Cyberday via the web, MFA can be enabled per user or enforced organization-wide.
