DevSamurai Data Protection Addendum for Atlassian Plugins DevSamurai Data Protection Addendum for Atlassian Plugins Download a signed copy of the DevSamurai Data Protection Addendum for Atlassian Plugins here → This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy for DevSamurai’s Atlassian Plugin (hereinafter EULA), or other agreement in place between Provider (1) and Customer (2) covering Customer’s use of Provider’s Products and related Support and Advisory Services (the “Agreement”). The DPA applies automatically when your organization accepts the EULA, so there is no need to separately sign the DPA. This means that you will also benefit from any updates that we make. In case your organization requires a mutual signed copy for your records, you can download a pre-signed copy of a mutual signed DPA. Please contact our support team via our Support Portal or via email [email protected] if you need any further assistance related to this DPA. By accepting this Data Protection Addendum (DPA), Provider and Customer enter into the Bonterms Data Protection Addendum (DPA) (Version 1.0) (available at https://bonterms.com/forms/data-protection-addendum-v1/) by this reference. A reference copy may be attached. The DPA includes the contents of this DPA, including the Key Terms, Schedules and any Additional Terms set forth below. Capitalized terms not defined in this DPA have the meanings given in the Bonterms Data Protection Addendum. Key Terms Agreement This DPA is an Attachment to the Agreement between Provider (1) and Customer (2) identified below: DevSamurai Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Japan, having its principal place of business at 3-6-25 Komone, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo 173-0037 Japan. (hereinafter “DevSamurai”), and The Company (hereinafter “Customer”), an organization accepting the EULA. DPA Effective Date Effective immediately upon the Customer acceptance of EULA. Subprocessor List DevSamurai’s Subprocessor List is automatically updated and available at https://trust.devsamurai.com/subprocessors Schedules The following Schedules are incorporated into this DPA: Schedule 1: Subject Matter and Details of Processing Schedule 2: Technical and Organizational Measures Schedule 3: Cross-Border Transfer Mechanisms Schedule 4: Region-Specific Terms Additional Terms The following additions to or modifications of the Bonterms Data Protection Addendum are agreed by the parties and control in the event of any conflicts: Signatures Approved by Provider’s representative: Name and Title: Shin Nagasada – CEO Company: DevSamurai Inc.
