Sub-processors Last updated: December 2, 2025 FlutterChatIO uses certain third-party sub-processors to assist in providing our services. These sub-processors provide cloud hosting and infrastructure services, messaging and data processing, payment processing, and other essential functions necessary to operate our platform. This page lists the sub-processors we currently engage. What is a Sub-processor? A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by FlutterChatIO who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data. FlutterChatIO engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below. Current Sub-processors The following is a list of sub-processors currently authorized by FlutterChatIO: Service Provider Purpose Location Amazon Web Services (AWS) aws.amazon.com Cloud infrastructure and hosting services. Provides compute, storage, database, and serverless infrastructure for the FlutterChatIO platform. USA Slack Technologies slack.com Messaging platform integration. Customer messages are delivered to and from Slack workspaces as the primary communication channel. USA Stripe stripe.com Payment processing and subscription billing. Handles all payment transactions and subscription management. USA Google developers.google.com Authentication provider. Enables users to sign in using their Google accounts. USA Updates to Sub-processors We may update this list from time to time as we add or remove sub-processors. We will provide notice of any new sub-processors by updating this page. If you have subscribed to notifications, we will also notify you via email of any changes. Data Protection FlutterChatIO has entered into data processing agreements with each sub-processor that include appropriate data protection obligations.
