Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlutterChatIO ("Service"), provided by Sirius Corporate Services Provider. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlutterChatIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlutterChatIO provides a real-time live chat service that enables Flutter mobile application users to communicate with support teams via Slack. The Service includes:
WebSocket-based real-time messaging infrastructure
Flutter SDK for mobile app integration
Slack workspace integration for team communication
Conversation management and history
API access for developers
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use FlutterChatIO, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain and update your account information
Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring your API tokens are kept secure and not exposed publicly
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use FlutterChatIO to:
Provide customer support within your Flutter mobile applications
Communicate with your app users in real-time
Integrate the Service into your legitimate business operations
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
Spam, harass, or abuse other users
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Exceed API rate limits or abuse system resources
Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
5. Slack Integration
FlutterChatIO integrates with Slack through their official API. By connecting your Slack workspace:
You authorize FlutterChatIO to access your Slack workspace according to the permissions you grant
You agree to comply with Slack's Terms of Service
You understand that Slack's availability affects FlutterChatIO functionality
You can revoke access at any time through your Slack workspace settings
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited monthly conversations. Usage limits and features are displayed in your dashboard.
6.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans may include:
Increased conversation limits
Priority support
Advanced features
Custom integrations
6.3 Billing
For paid plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment must be made by credit card or other approved methods
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
6.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to your data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
7.3 Data Deletion
Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
FlutterChatIO and all related technology, including but not limited to software, APIs, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Sirius Corporate Services Provider or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
8.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
8.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about FlutterChatIO become our property, and we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Service Availability and Support
9.1 Uptime
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.
9.2 Support
Support is provided through your account dashboard. Response times vary based on your subscription plan.
9.3 Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your use or inability to use the Service
Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions
Third-party conduct or content on the Service
Slack service interruptions or limitations
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sirius Corporate Services Provider, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your content or data processed through the Service
12. Term and Termination
12.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
12.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
12.3 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You fail to pay applicable fees
We are required to do so by law
We cease providing the Service
12.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the Service will cease immediately
You will no longer be charged for subscription fees
Your data will be deleted within 30 days
Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
13.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Posting the updated Terms on this page
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Sending an email notification (for material changes)
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sirius Corporate Services Provider regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or failures of third-party services.

17. API Terms
17.1 API Access
