Data Processing Agreement
The purpose of this Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Law.
This DPA is incorporated into, and is subject to the terms and conditions of, the Agreement between Datachoice Solutions Limited t/a Geckoboard and the Client.
