Sliq takes the security of our platform and customer data seriously. We welcome responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities from researchers, customers, and the broader community.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Sliq, please report it to us by emailing [email protected].
What to Include
A description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
Steps to reproduce the issue
Any relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept code
Your contact information for follow-up
Our Commitment
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours
We will provide an initial assessment within 5 business days
We will keep you informed of our progress toward remediation
We will not take legal action against researchers who follow this policy
Scope
This policy applies to vulnerabilities in the Sliq platform, including our web application, API, and Slack integration.
Please do not perform testing that could degrade service for other users, access or modify data belonging to other accounts, or violate any applicable laws.
