Ctrl K Subprocessors Privacy Policy Terms Security Policy Cookie Policy Subprocessors Data Processing Agreement Service Level Agreement Subprocessors Effective date: June 16, 2022 To support delivery of our Services, Codegiant Inc. may engage and use data processors with access to certain Service Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the applicable agreement between Customer and Codegiant (the "MSA"). Third Parties Codegiant currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help Codegiant provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Codegiant performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations. Infrastructure Subprocessors Codegiant may use the following Subprocessors to host Service Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of the Services: Digital Ocean - Cloud Service Provider – United States, San Francisco SFO3, New York - NYC3 Other Subprocessors Codegiant may use the following Subprocessors to perform other Service functions: Slack Freshdesk OpenAI Figma Stripe Google Suites Cloudflare Twilio Sendgrid Updates The Subprocessors used by Codegiant may change over time. Codegiant will update this page with notice of any new or different Subprocessors as appropriate and necessary.
