This DPA is incorporated by reference into, and made a binding part of our Terms of Service and Agreement (as defined in our Terms of Service) with you, and replaces any previously applicable DPA between you and Hubstaff. By using Hubstaff Services or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. Sign our data processing agreement Though it is not necessary to do so as this DPA is incorporated into our Agreement with you, if you would like to sign and execute a copy of this DPA, which incorporates the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Brazilian Standard Contractual Clauses, you may do so by downloading the DPA, signing it, and returning it to Hubstaff at [email protected].
