Sub Processors OpenCulture engages various third-party service providers (subprocessors) to support our core business operations. These subprocessors may have access to limited personal customer data in order to provide essential services that help us deliver and improve our platform. Privacy Policy Google LLC Data Residency: European Union 🇪🇺 (Eemshaven, Netherlands) Purpose: Google Cloud Vertex AI for Google Gemini Privacy Policy Sentry.io (Functional Software, Inc.) Data Residency: European Union (EU) 🇪🇺 Purpose: Error tracking and performance monitoring Privacy Policy Cloudflare, Inc. Location: United States of America Purpose: Content delivery network, DDoS protection, and DNS services Privacy Policy Dodo Payments Location: United States of America Purpose: Payment processing and subscription management PCI & DSS Compliant Payment Processor Privacy Policy Updates to Subprocessors OpenCulture reserves the right to update our subprocessors as needed to maintain and improve our services. We may add new subprocessors or discontinue our relationship with existing ones based on our business needs and commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers. We evaluate all potential subprocessors based on their security practices, privacy policies, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations before engagement.
