The terms listed on this page (i.e. https://www.sine.co/terms/) will remain in full force and effect and continue to govern for anyone who purchased a multi-year contract prior to January 29, 2025. Please note that if you have purchased any services or offerings under the Sine terms appearing below, your contract will transition to the Sine/Honeywell Modular Terms, as per your invoice, at the time of your contract renewal.
Subprocessors
To support delivery of our Services, we may engage and use third-party contractors to provide certain services on our behalf (each a “subprocessor”). The table below contains information about the identities, roles, and locations of our sub-processors. Terms used on this page, but not defined, have the meaning set forth in the written Agreement between you and us.
As our Services grow and evolve, the sub-processors we engage may also change.
