This achievement reflects our continued commitment to security, operational excellence, transparency, and the trust our customers and partners place in us every day. Achieving SOC 2 Type 1 compliance validates that our controls, policies, and procedures have been independently assessed and meet the rigorous standards required to protect customer data and ensure service reliability. This milestone is only the beginning. We have officially agreed to launch the second phase of our certification journey, starting on 01/07/2026, with the objective of achieving SOC 2 Type 2 certification before the end of the year. This next step will further demonstrate the effectiveness and consistency of our security controls over time. At Scaleflex, we believe that trust is built through continuous improvement, accountability, and operational discipline. This portal is part of our ongoing certification journey and demonstrates our commitment to transparency by providing up-to-date insights into our security and compliance practices. As an important milestone, after working closely with Workstreet to implement the SOC 2 framework efficiently, we selected Insight Assurance as our independent auditor. You can find their letter of engagement in Resources. We will continue to enhance and expand the Trust Centre, and you can expect further updates as we progress toward full SOC 2 certification.
