1. Third Party Sub-Processors
Catapult engages different third party Sub-processors to help Catapult deliver its Products, Software and Services to you.
Below is set out some information about who the Sub-processors are, what services they provide, and the country of the Sub-processor
entity.
By agreeing to Catapult’s Data Processing Addendum (which forms part of your agreement with Catapult and is available at
catapult.com/standard-terms, the DPA), you agree that all of the Sub-Processors described below may have access to your Customer
Data.

Due to the global nature of Catapult’s business, Catapult’s service providers may change from time to time.
You may subscribe to receive notifications by email to any changes in Sub-Processors by sending a request to privacy@catapult.com, in
which case Catapult will notify you by email at least 30 days prior to any such change.
