Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the cloud infrastructure provider for the Tealium platform. AWS hosts Tealium's production compute, storage, networking, and database services across multiple geographic regions, and processes Tealium customer data under Tealium's instructions as a sub-processor. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per region, and deployed in the region selected by the customer to support data residency commitments. SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR-aligned.
