Introducing AddSearch Experience: From Search to Discovery In One Experience. Learn more → Enterprise-Level Security to Protect Your Data Our AI-enhanced site search solution meets the highest security and privacy standards. From encryption to access control, our SOC 2-compliant platform puts data safety at the core of every search. Talk to a Security Specialist Why Site Security Matters Your website’s search bar is one of the most used entry points for your digital content, but its security is often overlooked. If not properly secured, it becomes a potential vulnerability: Every user query transmits data. Every indexed page holds sensitive content. Every misconfigured rule opens a door. If your site search isn’t safe, neither is your customer data. Secured search is central to all that we do, ensuring you don’t have to sacrifice compliance for convenience. Search Security Concerns We Address Whether you're operating in a meticulous, regulated industry or simply taking data protection seriously, AddSearch helps you mitigate risk by: Protecting sensitive customer and organizational data. Allowing you to retain complete control over user identity. Keeping indexed content behind login portals or firewalls secure. Attaining a SOC 2 certification that validates our commitment to secure search. Avoiding data leakage through misconfigured or outdated search tools. Managing user access and system integrity at scale. How AddSearch Secures Your Data We’re committed to embedding security and protection into every layer of our product. Security-First Development Lifecycle All developers undergo security training. Code undergoes regular automated and manual security reviews. Changes are deployed through CI/CD pipelines with access and audit controls. Encryption Everywhere In transit: all data moving between your site and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 protocols, AES-256 encryption and SHA2 signatures. At rest: your indexed data is stored using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and government agencies. Secure Indexing of Protected Content AddSearch can crawl and index content behind firewalls or authentication using secure tokens or login-based access. Apply content access rules at the search results level so users only see what they’re permitted to see. Authentication and Access Control SSO support ensures that only authorized team members can access your dashboard and internal search analytics. Granular role-based access controls allow you to limit data visibility within your organization. AddSearch supports multi-tenant setups and team segmentation for complex organizational structures. Our Certifications and Compliance Standards We meet and exceed global standards for data protection. AddSearch is independently audited and certified to meet leading data protection and security frameworks. SOC 2 Certified Demonstrates comprehensive operational and technical controls for data security, availability, and confidentiality. Audited annually by an independent third party.
