List of Data Sub-Processors In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Apporto discloses the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on our behalf in connection with the delivery of our services. Current Data Sub-Processors Apporto engages the following sub-processors: • Microsoft Corporation – Cloud hosting, productivity, and communication services. • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) – Cloud infrastructure and storage services. • HubSpot, Inc. – Customer relationship management and marketing automation. • Zendesk, Inc. – Customer support ticketing and communication platform. • Atlassian Pty Ltd (Jira) – Project management and issue tracking. • Sybill, Inc. – AI-powered meeting intelligence and analytics. Purpose and Scope These sub-processors may process personal data strictly for the purpose of providing their contracted services to Apporto, in accordance with our instructions and under a written agreement that includes GDPR-compliant data protection obligations. Change Notification Apporto may update this list from time to time to reflect changes in our sub-processors. When changes are made, we will post the updated list on our website and indicate the “Last Updated” date. Customers may subscribe to receive notifications of such changes upon request.
