Introduction
Centraleyes Ltd. (“Centraleyes”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) offers an integrated risk management platform that facilitates the automation and orchestration of cyber risk and compliance management (the “Platform”).
We also operate our website, www.centraleyes.com (the “Site”). Together with the Platform, these are referred to as the “Services”.
We are committed to transparency and fairness in our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, process, and disclose personal data relating to individuals who visit our Site (“Visitors”), use our Platform (“Customers”), or otherwise interact with our Services (collectively, “Users” or “you”).

5.4 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal data.
