Quality, outcomes, and content are the responsibility of individual providers
Enrollment through our platform is subject to provider terms
Certificates issued through partners reflect completion of their programs
We are not responsible for employment outcomes or job placement

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide job risk assessments, career recommendations, and other insights. This AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated recommendations. Users should exercise their own judgment and seek professional guidance when making career decisions.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBJIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
