Subprocessor List Effective: 11/10/2021 Last Revised: 11/13/2025 To support delivery of our products and services, NeuroFlow may engage and use data processors (each, a “Subprocessor”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. NeuroFlow currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide client relationship management services and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, NeuroFlow performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations. HubSpot has access to NeuroFlow’s client and prospect contact information. USA Salesforce Salesforce is NeuroFlow’s customer relationship management system. Salesforce has access to NeuroFlow’s client and prospect contact information. USA Zendesk Zendesk is NeuroFlow’s ticketing system and knowledge base for client and end user support. Zendesk has access to the email addresses and email content of clients and users who utilize our support functionality. USA GoToWebinar NeuroFlow uses GoToWebinar to host webinars. GoToWebinar collects contact information for attendees and registrants. USA DocuSign NeuroFlow uses DocuSign for electronic document signatures. DocuSign has access to email addresses of those sent documents to sign. USA Typeform NeuroFlow uses Typeform to dispense assessments through our website. Typeform has access to contact information and answers of those who have filled out an assessment. USA Google Analytics Google Analytics is NeuroFlow’s website analytics platform. It tracks how visitors use the website to help improve site design and messaging. USA Google Ads Google Ads is NeuroFlow’s paid search and display advertising platform. It tracks website visitor behavioral to measure advertising campaign performance and optimize ad targeting. USA LinkedIn Ads LinkedIn Ads is NeuroFlow’s professional network advertising platform.
