SOC 2 Type II Compliance
As of October 7, 2025, StudyFetch has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit conducted by Advantage Partners and is in full compliance with SOC 2 security standards. Our examination period covered July 7, 2025 through October 7, 2025, during which our controls were tested for both design suitability and operating effectiveness. Our SOC 2 Type II report received an unqualified opinion with no exceptions noted.
These security controls and procedures are implemented across our entire infrastructure, spanning both StudyFetch (studyfetch.com) and Honen (honen.com). We formally guarantee SOC 2 Type II compliance for our Enterprise and Team plans across both products.

Applicable Terms of Service
Your use of StudyFetch and Honen is governed by the Terms of Service and Order Form applicable to your plan. Unless you have a separate written agreement with StudyFetch that expressly supersedes them, the following apply and remain in full force and effect:

These Terms are incorporated by reference into each Order Form entered into between you and StudyFetch, Inc. Where you hold a sponsored license, an executed Order Form, or another negotiated agreement, that document controls to the extent of any conflict with the standard Terms.

StudyFetch Achieves SOC 2 Type II Compliance

We're excited to announce that StudyFetch has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance! Our audit by Advantage Partners covered July 7 - October 7, 2025 and received an unqualified opinion with no exceptions noted.
Type II compliance goes beyond our previous Type I certification by verifying that our security controls operated effectively throughout the entire three-month examination period. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting your data with consistently robust security practices.

SOC 2 Type I Audit Period Ended

Our SOC 2 Type I Audit Period has ended and we are expecting to publish the Type I report by the end of this week. Type II Audit period is underway and we will provide updates as that audit period comes to a close.
