Cloud4Wi is committed to protecting the privacy of both the enterprises we work with and the individuals whose data may be processed through our platform. Below you’ll find our two privacy statements, a guide to which one applies to you, and links to related privacy and compliance resources. Which privacy statement applies to me?
You’re an enterprise client, business partner, or supplier → read the Privacy Statement for Enterprises.
You’re an individual whose data may be collected via a partner’s mobile app (through our location SDK) or via external data providers → read the Privacy Statement for Individuals.
You connected to guest WiFi at a venue → the venue is typically the data controller; see that venue’s notice, and (where applicable) manage your data through the MyData Portal.

How to exercise your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, individuals can use the MyData Portal where available, or contact our privacy team at [email protected]. Requests are handled in line with the applicable privacy statement above.

Where available, you can view or manage the data associated with your connection through the MyData Portal.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data. Individuals can use the MyData Portal where available, or contact Cloud4Wi's privacy team. Requests are handled according to the relevant privacy statement.
Cloud4Wi states that its platform is designed to support GDPR and CCPA compliance, with tools for consent management, localized policies, data minimization, and data-subject requests through the Data Compliance center and MyData Portal.
