Overview At Tansi, security, privacy, and transparency are built into the foundation of how we operate — not added after the fact. This Trust Center gives clients, partners, and procurement teams clear visibility into how we protect data: our security posture, privacy practices, infrastructure safeguards, internal controls, and independent audit results. Tansi is the platform organizations rely on to manage their most critical operational data — workforce, safety, training, contractor compliance, assets, inventory, reporting, and Indigenous workforce participation. Because this information directly affects people's safety, regulatory standing, and everyday decisions, protecting it is one of our highest priorities in everything we design, build, and operate. Our security program is independently validated through SOC 2, and Tansi meets — and in many areas exceeds — the requirements of HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PHIPA for the protection of personal and health information. Customer data is encrypted, access-controlled, and kept within its country of origin — we do not outsource data or support overseas. And because Tansi is built for accountability rather than anonymity, organizations get enterprise-grade protection alongside dedicated, in-country service from a team that knows them by name. tansi.app [email protected] Privacy policy Security docs Compliance Compliance frameworks Tansi currently meets or is working toward to uphold their security and privacy commitments.
