ZeroClick raises $55M - Learn More View previous versions January 14, 2026 The People’s Internet Experiment Inc. dba ZeroClick (“ZeroClick,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates an agent-commerce platform. We give businesses (“Sellers”) software that makes their products, APIs and other offerings discoverable and purchasable by automated software agents, and we operate Zero, a service that helps individuals and their agents discover and pay for those offerings. This Privacy Policy describes how ZeroClick processes personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties and services that link to this Privacy Policy – including zeroclick.ai, zeroclick.io, zero.xyz, withzero.xyz, their respective subdomains and www aliases (including auth.zero.xyz, claim.zeroclick.io, dashboard.zeroclick.io and docs.zeroclick.ai), our agent storefronts and payment gateway (including Seller storefront domains in the form [seller].pay.zeroclick.io and any custom domain a Seller uses for its storefront), our dashboards, and the pages on which an email address is verified, whether hosted by us or by our identity provider on our domain – as well as our marketing activities and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of our Sellers. When a Seller uses our platform to sell its own offerings, and we handle information about that Seller’s own end users on the Seller’s instructions, our use of that information is governed by our agreement with that Seller. If you have concerns about information a Seller has about you, please contact that Seller directly. It also does not apply to what a Seller does with information after we disclose it to the Seller – see Sellers under “How we share your personal information.” You can download a printable copy of this Privacy Policy at https://zeroclick.ai/legal/privacy-policy. Index Who this policy covers Personal information we collect Tracking and other technologies How we use your personal information Retention How we share your personal information Your choices Other sites and services Security Users outside the United States Children Changes to this Privacy Policy How to contact us Additional information for California and Nevada residents Cookie Notice Who this policy covers We collect personal information about three groups of people, and not all of this policy applies to all of them: Buyers – individuals whose AI agents discover and purchase offerings through our platform, including people who use Zero. Most buyers never visit one of our websites; the usual point of contact is the page where you verify your email address to claim an agent, or the account you create with Zero. Seller personnel – the people at businesses that sell through our platform, who create accounts, integrate with us and manage listings and payouts. Visitors and prospects – people who visit our marketing sites, request a demo, or otherwise contact us. Personal information we collect Information you provide to us. Contact data, such as your email address, and for business contacts your name, company name and professional title. Verified email address. When you claim an agent or create a Zero account, we or our identity provider send a one-time code or verification link, which you enter or open on a page hosted by us or by our identity provider on our domain. We keep a record that the address was verified. Account data, such as the credentials and settings associated with your Zero account or Seller account. Communications data, based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact support or reach us through our community channels. Other information you choose to provide, including ratings, reviews and bug reports you submit about offerings. Information we collect from your use of the Service. Agent and buyer identifiers, such as the pseudonymous agent identifier and buyer identifier we assign, and the request identifiers associated with calls made through our gateway. For buyers who pay on-chain without registering, the identifier we assign can be durable and can recur across sessions. Wallet and transaction data, such as the blockchain wallet addresses you use to pay or receive funds, on-chain transaction references, amounts, currency, the offering purchased, and the Seller involved. Usage and metering data, such as the volume and timing of requests, entitlements and allowances consumed, and error and delivery outcomes. Device and online activity data, such as IP address, browser and device type, general location inferred from IP, pages viewed and links clicked, and interactions with our emails. We keep the raw IP address and user agent only for the anti-fraud checks that run when you join Zero or claim an agent there; elsewhere we keep only a salted hash. Location is inferred to city and country level on Zero and to country level on ZeroClick. Information from third parties. We receive information from our payment processor and payment facilitators about transactions, including checkout and payment identifiers, amounts, currency and, where provided, a buyer’s email address, name and billing address; contact information, including a first and last name where available, from our authentication provider when you sign in; information from our email provider about opens of and clicks in the emails we send you, and from business contact and marketing data providers in relation to prospective Seller customers. Payment cards and information we receive from payment and identity providers. For card payments, Stripe collects and processes payment card numbers. Our payment integration uses payment tokens and identifiers rather than full card numbers. We receive transaction information from Stripe and may receive buyer contact and billing information, including an email address, name, and billing address, where provided. Where you create or sign in to a Zero account, we may also receive your first and last name from our identity provider. We ask that you not send us sensitive information such as government identification numbers, health information, or biometric data. Tracking and other technologies Some of the information above is collected automatically using cookies and similar technologies on our websites. For details, and for how to control them, see our Cookie Notice below. We also use device and browser identification technology on the pages where you create a Zero account or claim an agent, to detect automated sign-ups, duplicate accounts and fraud. How we use your personal information We use personal information for the following purposes, or as otherwise described at the time of collection. Providing the Service. To operate the platform and the gateway; to route, verify, meter, price and settle requests made by agents; to make offerings discoverable; to provide dashboards and analytics to Sellers about their own transactions; to maintain your account and entitlements; and to provide support and respond to you. Verifying identity and claiming agents. To send and check the one-time code you use to verify your email address, to associate the agents you hold with you, and to confirm that a person is who they say they are for the purposes described below. Sharing a verified email with a Seller. Where a Seller has enabled an identity-protected plan, we disclose the buyer’s verified email address to that Seller so it can link the purchase to a user account on its side. This is described in more detail under “How we share your personal information.” Free allowances and promotional payouts. To determine eligibility for free usage allowances and promotional payouts, to enforce one-per-person limits, and to detect and prevent duplicate accounts, automated sign-ups and other abuse of those benefits. Security, fraud prevention and compliance. To protect the Service, our users and Sellers; to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; to screen wallet addresses and transactions against applicable sanctions requirements; to enforce our terms; and to comply with applicable law and lawful requests. Providing AI-powered offerings. Where you use an offering we provide that generates a response using an artificial intelligence model, we transmit the content of your request to the AI model providers identified in this Privacy Policy so that the response can be generated, and we receive the response back from them. Improving the Service. To understand how the Service is used, to diagnose problems, and to develop new features. Where we use information for this purpose we use aggregated or de-identified data wherever we reasonably can. Marketing. To send business contacts information about our products and services. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Creating aggregated and de-identified data. We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from personal information. We maintain such data in de-identified form, do not attempt to re-identify it, and may use and share it for lawful business purposes, including analyzing and improving the Service and reporting on network activity. Retention We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete it or de-identify it. We do not set a single fixed period in advance. How long we keep each category depends on why we hold it: Verified email addresses and account records – for as long as the account or agent claim remains active, and for a period afterwards while we may still need to identify the account, restore it, or respond to a question about it. Agent and buyer identifiers, wallet addresses and transaction records – for as long as we need them to support settlement and to resolve disputes, chargebacks and refunds, then for as long as tax, accounting and other legal record-keeping requirements apply to the transaction, and for the detection and prevention of abuse. Records of on-chain transactions are public and permanent on the relevant blockchain, and we cannot delete them. Usage and metering records – for as long as they are needed to meter, bill, report and verify usage and to investigate errors and abuse, after which they are aggregated or de-identified. Raw IP address and user agent, where kept for the anti-fraud checks on Zero – only for as long as needed to run and review those checks, after which only a salted hash is retained. Marketing contact data – until you opt out, and then only as needed to honor your opt-out. When we decide how long to keep information we consider how much of it there is, how sensitive it is, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, whether we can achieve our purposes another way, whether you still have an active relationship with us, and what the law requires us to keep and for how long. Where deletion is not immediately possible, for example because information sits in a routine backup, we stop using it and delete it on our ordinary backup cycle. How we share your personal information Sellers. If a Seller has enabled an identity-protected plan and your agent purchases that plan, we disclose your verified email address to that Seller so it can associate the purchase with an account on its side. Sellers that have not enabled that setting do not receive it. Where a Seller’s plan requests rather than requires a verified email, your email address may be disclosed after a purchase has already happened, including for purchases your agent made before you claimed it. That disclosure happens when you claim the agent with a verified email address, or on subsequent account updates or service calls once a verified email address exists. Disclosure at the time of claim reaches only Sellers with an active account for you; for other Sellers, your email address is included with subsequent activity. A Seller that receives your email address controls it independently and its use is governed by that Seller’s own privacy policy. We require Sellers by contract to use it only to link the purchase to an account, to fulfill and support what you bought, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse affecting that purchase, and to comply with law; not to use it for marketing unless they have their own lawful basis; not to use it to train, fine-tune or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model; not to use it to enrich, append to or build a profile of you, or to combine it with data obtained from any other source, except with information the Seller independently and lawfully holds about you; to keep it secure; and to delete it on request. Sellers also receive the pseudonymous agent and buyer identifiers and request information needed to serve and meter your requests. We do not guarantee that a verified email address will be disclosed to a Seller in respect of any particular purchase. Service providers. Companies that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service. Our current providers include Stripe (payments and payouts), WorkOS (authentication), Resend (verification and transactional email), Cloudflare (content delivery and network security), Render (hosting, United States), Fingerprint (device and browser identification and fraud signals, including visitor identifiers, bot scores, indicators of VPN or proxy use, and network and location information, used for the anti-fraud checks on Zero), and PostHog and MotherDuck (analytics). Separately, where you use an offering we provide that generates a response using an artificial intelligence model, we transmit the content of your request to Anthropic and OpenRouter, which provide AI model inference and routing, so that the response can be generated. Payment processors and payment facilitators. Payments for offerings sold by Sellers are made by you directly to the applicable Seller. Where you purchase an offering from us, you pay us. Card payments for offerings sold by Sellers are processed by Stripe in a checkout session on the Seller’s own Stripe account, and Stripe uses that information in accordance with its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Where you purchase an offering from us, including through withZero, card payments are processed by Stripe in a checkout session on our own Stripe account. On-chain payments are settled on public blockchains and, for x402 payments, verified and broadcast by a third-party facilitator. Professional advisors. Lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, in the course of the professional services they provide to us. Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities and private parties, where we believe in good faith it is necessary or appropriate to comply with law or lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ZeroClick, our users or others. Business transferees. In connection with an actual or prospective corporate transaction, such as an investment in, financing of, or sale, merger or reorganization of all or part of our business, and in an insolvency or similar proceeding. Other users and the public. Ratings, reviews and similar content you submit are displayed publicly on the Service and can be read and used by other users and their agents. Your choices Avoiding the disclosure of your email to a Seller. Plans that are identity-protected are identified as such in the catalog before purchase. You can avoid the disclosure by not purchasing those plans. Opt out of marketing. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us. You may continue to receive service-related messages. Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Notice below. Do Not Track. Some browsers can be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals. We do not currently respond to those signals on any of our properties, and we do not respond to the Global Privacy Control signal on any property. To find out more, visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com. Access, correction and deletion. You can contact us at the address below to ask about the information we hold about you. Note that we cannot delete or alter records written to a public blockchain, and that we may need to keep certain records for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. Declining to provide information. We need certain information to provide the Service. If you do not verify an email address, you can still transact anonymously on plans that do not require it, but you will not be able to claim an agent, receive free allowances or promotional payouts, or purchase plans that require a verified email. Other sites and services The Service links to and connects with websites, applications and services operated by third parties, including Sellers’ own offerings, wallets, payment providers and blockchain networks. These links and integrations are not an endorsement, and we do not control and are not responsible for those services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other services you use. Security We employ technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls with logging, and monitoring and alerting. Security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys. For a wallet you hold yourself, we have no access to it and cannot transact from it. Where you choose to use a wallet that we help you manage through Zero, you authorize a limited signing credential that we hold and that you can revoke at any time from your account. Users outside the United States We are based in the United States and the Service is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of residence. Children The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child from whom you believe we have collected personal information in a manner prohibited by law, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner prohibited by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this policy and post it on the Service or notify you by other appropriate means. If we make a material change to how we share your personal information, we will provide notice and, where required by law, obtain your consent before applying the change to information we collected before it. You can view the previous version of this Privacy Policy here.
