Identity and Access Management Manage account access with features like single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role base access control (RBAC). Distributed Cloud Architecture Alchemer leverages a global architecture from AWS Cloud to provide a redundant and automated infrastructure. Data Retention Customers manage, maintain, retain, transfer, and/or delete their own data within their Alchemer accounts. Alchemer won’t access your data without request and permission. Proactive Measures Alchemer proactively protects customer accounts through system monitoring, scanning, logging, and alerting with our 24/7 in-house Security Operations Center (SOC). Proactive Anti-Phishing Customer accounts are further protected with proactive anti-phishing to detect suspicious account activity and compromised surveys.
