Payments originally due for collection on 2 October 2026 will now be collected on 5 October 2026. Affected mandates will follow the same revised processing timeline. We will shortly contact all affected merchants directly to provide further details and clarify the impact of this issue. We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience and understanding. Monitoring· Ongoing for 1 day Intermittent ARUDD-8 failures for Nationwide Bank Upon further investigation, we have identified that payments to Nationwide accounts that initially fail with ARUDD-8 are succeeding when retried. Action for merchants: We recommend retrying any Nationwide payments that have failed with ARUDD-8. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide a further update as more information becomes available.
