To request deletion of these details, contact [email protected] AI Readiness and Other Online Assessments When you complete an assessment available through the New Metrics website, we may collect the information you provide as part of the assessment, including your responses and, where requested, your name, business email address, company or organization, role, industry and other contact information. We use this information to administer the assessment, calculate and present your results, generate and deliver your assessment report, and provide information or follow-up relating to the assessment. Assessment responses are used to generate an indicative assessment based on the information provided by the respondent. New Metrics does not independently verify the information submitted through an assessment. Assessment results should therefore be considered a diagnostic starting point and not an audit, certification, assurance opinion or independent verification. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, personal or otherwise restricted information about your organization or any individual through an assessment unless specifically requested and authorized for that purpose. Where permitted by applicable law, we may use aggregated or appropriately de-identified assessment data for research, benchmarking, methodology development, service improvement and the development of insights. We will not publish or disclose identifiable information about your organization or your individual assessment responses for these purposes without appropriate authorization. Where you request that your assessment report be emailed to you, your email address will be used to deliver the requested report. Receiving an assessment report does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Assessment information may be processed using third-party service providers supporting the assessment and related services, including Perplexity for AI-assisted processing of assessment responses and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub for the storage and management of relevant contact and company information. We retain assessment information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and protect our legitimate business interests, subject to applicable law. Mailing Lists As part of the registration process for our quarterly e-newsletter, we collect personal information.
