Security and privacy information Kixie’s Privacy Policy describes the safeguards and data-handling practices Kixie publicly represents. Report a security concern If you believe you have found a security issue involving Kixie, email [email protected] with a clear description, affected URL or product area, reproduction steps, and any supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, access tokens, customer records, or other sensitive data in an initial report. Service availability and support Check current availability and incident updates at status.kixie.com. Existing customers can use the support request form or live chat in the Kixie Dashboard. Security documentation for evaluations Customers evaluating Kixie can ask their Kixie representative which current security, privacy, and contractual materials are available for their review. Availability may depend on the request and applicable confidentiality requirements.
