Terms of Service for Pipedrive for Outlook
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pipedrive for Outlook. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Outlook add-in designed to enhance your Pipedrive CRM experience directly from Outlook, provided by Baymats AB ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Sweden with the corporate identity number 559377-9605. VAT number SE559377960501. By accessing or using our add-in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Pipedrive for Outlook is a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) add-in that allows users to access and interact with Pipedrive CRM features from within Microsoft Outlook. Key features include: Logging in with your Pipedrive account, viewing and adding persons, deals, activities, and notes, and accessing a settings page for billing settings.
3. User Account and Subscription
To use our add-in, users must log in with their Pipedrive account. Our service is available for €8 per user per month, following a 7-day free trial period, no credit card required. Subscriptions are per seat, and users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
We store necessary Pipedrive user information, such as user ID, name, email, and their organization's details. We act as a middleman, directly calling Pipedrive's APIs and do not store any Pipedrive data or information from emails on our backend.
5. User Conduct
Users are expected to use the add-in in a manner that is consistent with its intended use and not to engage in activities that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.
6. Support and Dispute Resolution
For support or to resolve disputes, users can contact us via email at support@baymats.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
Baymats AB is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of the add-in.
8. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any user who violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms and encourage users to review them periodically.
