Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of every product operated by ACL Software BV. By creating an account or using a product, you agree to them.
1. The agreement
This is an agreement between ACL Software BV ("we", "us") and the company on whose behalf an account is opened ("you"). If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Accounts and companies
One person, one account. Do not share credentials; invite colleagues instead.
A company is the unit of ownership. Its owners control membership, roles, enabled products and deletion.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by people you invite.
Tell us promptly at privacy@acsft.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
break the law, infringe others' rights, or store content you have no right to store;
probe, scan or attempt to breach our systems, or circumvent access controls between companies;
resell, sublicense or white-label the products without a written agreement;
use automated access in a way that degrades the service for others — reasonable API use is welcome.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you put into our products. You grant us only the licence needed to host, back up, transmit and display it so the product can work. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not look at it except when you ask us to for support.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance per company. Fees exclude VAT. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Free plans may change or end with reasonable notice.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service on free plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Paid plans may carry a separate service level agreement, which prevails over this section.
7. Suspension and termination
You may close your company at any time from the company settings page; this deletes its data. We may suspend an account that materially breaches these terms, after notice where feasible and immediately where necessary to protect the service or other customers.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continuing to use the products after they take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
Belgian law applies, and the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
