Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PickUp, operated by e-hoster.co.uk Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service at pipedriveclickup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.
2. The Service
PickUp is a software integration tool that automatically creates ClickUp projects when Pipedrive deals reach a specified pipeline stage. The service connects to your Pipedrive and ClickUp accounts via their respective OAuth-based APIs and runs automations on your behalf based on rules you configure.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
To use PickUp, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
Have valid, active accounts with both Pipedrive and ClickUp
Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Free Trial and Paid Subscription
PickUp is offered on a free trial basis for a limited period, after which continued use requires a paid subscription. By starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms in full.
At the end of your free trial, you will be required to provide payment details to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency stated at the time of purchase (monthly or annual).
All subscription fees are payable in advance. We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments for partial subscription periods, unused time, or cancellations made mid-cycle.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PickUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Resell, sublicense, or resupply the service to any third party without our express written permission
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the software
Share your account credentials or grant access to unauthorised users
Use the service to harm, harass, threaten, or abuse any person or organisation
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the security or integrity of the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this acceptable use policy.
7. Data Collection and Privacy
In order to provide the service, we collect and process the following data:
Your email address, used to create and manage your account
Pipedrive deal data, including deal fields you configure to be mapped to ClickUp projects
ClickUp workspace data, including Space, Folder, and template information
Payment information, processed securely via our third-party payment provider
Usage and analytics data, used to improve and maintain the service
All data collected through the service is stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data processed through the integration — including Pipedrive deal data and ClickUp workspace data — is stored on our systems to enable the automation to function reliably.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at pipedriveclickup.com/privacy.
8. Data Retention and Account Deletion
If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your data will be retained on our systems for a reasonable period before being permanently deleted. This retention period allows us to handle any billing queries, restore access in the event of accidental cancellation, and comply with any applicable legal obligations.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address provided at the end of these Terms. We will process such requests in accordance with our obligations under applicable UK data protection law.
9. Third-Party Services
PickUp integrates with Pipedrive and ClickUp. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of either third-party platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Pipedrive or ClickUp unless expressly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e-hoster.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to data retention, limitation of liability, and governing law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or via a notice within the service.
Your continued use of PickUp after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
