PickUp is operated by e-hoster.co.uk Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through pipedriveclickup.com and the PickUp service.

Account data — your email address, collected when you register for a free trial or paid subscription
Pipedrive deal data — deal fields and pipeline stage information from your connected Pipedrive account, used to trigger and populate ClickUp projects
ClickUp workspace data — Space, Folder, and template information from your connected ClickUp account, used to create and structure projects
Payment information — billing details collected and processed securely by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store your full card details on our systems
Usage and analytics data — information about how you interact with the service, such as features used, automation triggers fired, and session activity
Cookie data — data collected via cookies placed on your browser when you visit our website (see Section 6)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account
To provide the PickUp integration service and run automations on your behalf
To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
To send you service-related communications, such as account confirmations, billing notices, and important updates
To monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and security of the service
