Introduction
Welcome to LbxApp.
LbxApp (formerly known as LeadBox) is a service for automated transfer of data from lead sources into your CRM system.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Together with the Public Offer Agreement, it constitutes the full agreement between you and LbxApp.
We comply with the requirements of:
the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI
the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
1. What Data We Collect
1.1 Personal Data
When registering or contacting us, you may provide:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Company name
1.2 Service Usage Data
We automatically collect technical information while you use the service:
IP address
Browser type and version
Device type
Pages you visit and time spent on them
Date and time of visit
1.3 Cookies
We use cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service. Types of cookies:
Session — for the operation of your dashboard
Preference — to remember your settings
Analytics — to understand how the service is used
You can configure or disable cookies in your browser, but some service features may become unavailable.
1.4 Data from the Meta Platform (Facebook, Instagram)
If you connect a Facebook account in the LbxApp dashboard, we receive from Meta:
The access token of the connection
The list of Facebook Pages you granted access to (ID, name, picture) and their lead forms
Leads from lead ad forms: answers to the form fields, and the ad, ad set and campaign names
This data is used only to deliver leads to the service you chose in the integration settings. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it to third parties. How to revoke access and delete this data is described on the Data Deletion page.

We send marketing communications only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by writing to [email protected].
3. How Long We Store Your Data
We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy or as required by law.
Account data — for the duration of the agreement and 3 years after its termination
Usage data — up to 12 months
Payment data — in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation
Data provided by consent — until consent is withdrawn
When deleting data, we follow a secure deletion procedure from our servers.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share data only with the following categories of recipients:
Service providers — third-party companies that help us provide the service (hosting, analytics, payment systems). They are required not to use your data for other purposes.
WayForPay payment system — for processing payments. We do not store your card details — they are transmitted directly to WayForPay. Their Privacy Policy: wayforpay.com/en/terms
Google Analytics — for analyzing website and service usage. More details: policies.google.com/privacy
Government authorities — in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine, upon an official request.
In the event of business reorganization — in case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of LbxApp assets, with prior notice to you.
5. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside Ukraine. In such cases, we ensure an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR requirements and Ukrainian legislation.
6. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
Data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
Restricted access to personal data for employees
Regular security monitoring
At the same time, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee 100% protection, but we do everything possible to minimize risks.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access — obtain information about what data of yours we store
Rectification — correct inaccurate or outdated data
Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction — restrict the processing of your data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Objection — object to certain types of processing
Withdrawal of consent — withdraw previously given consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) or the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
8. Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics — we use it to analyze traffic and user behavior. Data is anonymized. You can opt out of data collection via the browser extension.
Google Ads (remarketing) — we may display LbxApp advertisements on Google's partner websites. To manage your ad preferences: google.com/settings/ads.
9. Children
Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware of such a case, please notify us at [email protected], and we will delete that data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes:
By email to your address
By notification in your dashboard
The update date is always indicated at the top of the page. We recommend periodically reviewing this page.
