Fault resolution required restarting our connection to the carrier. Affected: Delays with Inbound SMS. During the outage window, some inbound messages were held and not processed until the end of the outage window. No data loss has been experienced. Resolution: Engineers restarted carrier connections and reprocessed delayed messages. Platform Outage 2026-05-25 16:06 NZ · Duration ~89 minutes Affected: Dashboard & API Access A fault with internal network routing tables caused network failures, affecting users from accessing the TNZ Dashboard and applications communicating with TNZ APIs. Fault resolution required clearing routing tables and rebuilding routes. Affected: Access to TNZ Dashboard and TNZ APIs. Attempts to connect returned an HTTP 500 error (TCP/UDP connections accepted but unroutable). Resolution: Engineers corrected and rebuilt a network routing table. Outbound SMS Delays 2026-05-25 10:55 NZ · Duration ~23 minutes Affected: Outbound SMS Unexpected delivery volumes caused delivery delays. Messages were queued and delivered successfully (no data loss). Delivery reporting took an additional ~2 hours to clear.
