Security Your CRM data stays yours. vizrm reads from your CRM and draws the picture in your browser. We don't store CRM data, encrypt everything in transit, and never touch your data without your say-so. The only things that live in vizrm systems are the CRM IDs we need to line your chart up. Everything else? It stays in your CRM. Stored in vizrm systems Organization CRM IDs Unique identifiers for the organizations in your CRM - nothing more. Person CRM IDs Unique identifiers for the people in your CRM - just the reference key. System logs Some additional CRM data may be temporarily written to system logs for error investigation. We don't use it. Touching those logs for support requires both your approval and vizrm management approval. How we protect your data Secured at every step. From the moment vizrm connects to your CRM to the chart you see on screen, every layer is built to keep your data locked down. OAuth 2.0 authentication We authenticate through your CRM with OAuth 2.0 - under the exact same permissions and user access rights your team already has. Encrypted in transit All data moving between your CRM, vizrm and your browser is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS/SSL). Nothing travels in the clear. Secure session management Sessions are protected with signed cookies and stored on Azure Storage - authenticated end to end against the vizrm database. Protected at rest Data at rest is secured with MongoDB access controls, parameterized queries and contextual escaping against injection. Hosted on Microsoft Azure Our database and servers run on Microsoft Azure and its certified, enterprise-grade infrastructure. How we monitor & improve Watched and rate-limited. vizrm uses rate limiters and Azure's built-in protections to monitor and cap data transfers - and we respect the API request limits your CRM enforces. Rate limiters Transfer volumes are actively limited so nothing moves faster than it should. Azure monitoring Azure's protection layer watches traffic and flags anything out of the ordinary.
